So if the one board member has such a handle on the conspiracy, maybe he'll recommend going private. Then they can fully concentrate on fixing and selling processors instead of worrying about the purple flying unicorns. Going private would solve everyone's problems. Especially since Heddle seems to be able to squeeze hundreds of thousands of dollars off the unsuspecting anyway. Of course, if it is a scam perpetrated by several, staying public while never fixing or selling a processor fits into the grand scheme of the few to screw the rest out of hard earned cash.
