i'd suggest reading the filings

one of the new BoD adds first *invested* in 2011

NRs' last round of relentless PPS compression *kicked* in after their last illegal RUN UP of Jan 2013

it ramped in total .. after P2O was wrested back in mid August 2013 .. and *remains* to this day
