jtaylor- by near to midterm, I'm assuming you mean up to 7 months to a year from now. If that is the case, I would strongly disagree with your comment. Any rise above $0.15/share (most likely start at about 10-15% rise above 0.15) would trigger the start of a massive selloff from the last 3 rounds of financing which includes the warrants.
So, considering that, you must be talking about 2 years from now. You certainly have a lot of patience. BTW, I'm pretty confident there would be a RS before 2 years. Currently there is too much potential for considerable stock dilution. Doubtful this stock could get above 0.18-0.20 over the next 12 months.
