And we take note that the 3Y CEO employment agreement has been tempered from a fixed amount of shares (30.000 or so?), into a fixed $ amount which is the same as his base salary.
I think the right thing to do is to contact Nisse Sandberg who is running the compensation committee and ask him if the change was approved by the Board of Directors. If so, decide whether you still want to be invested here.
