So let’s just assume here for a minute. Dec 17th we should know who HITM will be executing business combinations with to essentially meet the March 12, 2018 date to fully consummate the deal and meet all requirements.
Which March is also the date which the Nasdaq agreed to extend Origo’s nasdaq listing until they meeting the listing requirements for shareholders.
