As suggested, we settled with Entrust and their companies and they settled with us and we feel very good about it. The Company ( StrikeForce) is still litigating against 6 others and as you know we look forward to these results. There are no timeframes. There will be no 8k for Entrust as their is nothing else we can say about it.

We appreciate your support and will inform you of any new events when we can. Hope to see you at our Annual meeting this Friday at 4PM. It is all very positive.
