You're right about the positives involving DK. Unfortunately it's a lopsided picture for me, given that the only news to come out of ALDW in coming months pertains to the dissolution of the MLP itself.

I don't see DK and ALDW moving with synchronicity as neither needs the other as DK literally owns the other. And if DK's terms of offering change for the worse, watch out below.
