Guess what? Both sides need to sign NDA’s. Why does Mark Kay want to keep this settlement as wrapped up as possible? Maybe he saw all the expected numbers thrown around and knew it would never be close. There’s a reason it’s dropping. It is because of the NDA. But the NDA is there to cover up, that’s why it’s dropping. Not because there’s simply an NDA
