I will ask the reverse question - few skeptics like Tom, I have been questioning whether M can meet his milestones - I will not say promises as he never put those milestones in any SEC documents.

If he does not start the trials - we will just say - we told you so and move on - look for next milestones and sell if needed

But as ardent supporters of M and taking everything he says at face value - what you will say or do if he misses milestones?

I guess nothing - maybe blame fda but will not even ask whether IND and protocols were submitted? How much delay was from fda and how much from him?

Do you know - officially a company can start a trial within 30 days of submitting IND and trial protocol and are accepted by FDA?
