In my opinion our legal team would want to expose a settlement from a third party to cause the others to collapse asap. That being said it all depends on the settlement number that is being presented.( Continued revenue sources) If all the infringes know they are going to be shot you would want to make an example out of an infringer now to show ultimate damage as it puts pressure on the other infringers that the longer it takes to settle the steeper the the penalties! Duo has a huge problem if they wait till mid 2018. Faulk will push them to mediate.. So I go against the grain in that we should show the victory of Entrust as just an example of things to come. All of this is in my opinion!
