Yes. That seems to me to be enough for any reasonable person to draw the appropriate conclusions.

Oh, and you can add that he didn't actually deny dating teens. He just said he asked their mothers' permission. One of the women said her mother pushed her to date him--she was 17 at the time--because Moore, a West Point graduate and a lawyer, was considered a good catch.

But the girl, now in her 50s, says she didn't like him, and in retrospect found the relationship "inappropriate".
