It seems that CEO Seth Shaw once again neglected to tell the shareholders that the highly public "partial contingency agreement" never came to fruition! Or did it? NOBODY KNOWS! If one does not actually believe in "TRANSPARENCY", it is easy to claim Seth Shaw did not say or do something! For Seth Shaw "TRANSPARENCY" is an unknown quantity!
