reducing revenue doesn't increase revenue. trump the "businessman" ought to know that. a laughable curve.

Just like it doesn't increase employment: giving a bigger share of the pie to people who do not spend as much of it as those who will spend it is how we got where we are.

Giving a bigger share to the workers via infrastructure spending would kickstart the whole economy, and the demand for goods from workers with more disposable income is what would make the corps more money... trickle-up is KNOWN to work.
