right now he has to work with congress because of GSE jumpstart

after that expires in 2 months, he no longer HAS to work with congress

and congress hasn't done anything for 8+ years

and HERA is good law

the previous actions against the GSEs: SPSPA/Warrants/NWS/ACcounting fraud are all fraudulant
