just because he can do something doesn't mean he will. I think there is great value in the common and preferred securities at these prices but it's far more likely he tries to work out something with congress first -- just like he's said all year long since his confirmation hearing. we should see the administration's priorities in 1q 2018 and then they'll likely try to work it through congress, perhaps in a utility model format.
