Attorney silverberg was not granted a partial contingency agreement, that is a moronic and untrue claim.

The actual verbiage describing the "Partial Contingency Agreement" was posted on this Board!

BTW...it is interesting how the paid consultant was a huge Silverberg supporter, despite all the screw-ups that were cited on this Board! The screw-ups were many, including the Florida venue, the late jury demand filing, etc., but now Silverberg is a pariah in the eyes of TAUG's paid consultant! Is it possible Paul Silverberg might want to review a copy of the post? Regardless, TAUG is still on the hook to pay Silverberg for his legal representation!
