If this settlement is such great news, how come the stock is going down instead of up?

Because there was an element of the population anticipating TAUG was going to win a huge lottery! The "promoted" win was supposed to be up to $20,000,000! The actual lawsuit itself claimed damages in excess of $4 million. A brief review of some of the posts on this Board would provide a glimpse of the highly speculated "hoped for" outcome!

All-in-all, based upon company PR's and other rampant "speculation, the outcome is very disappointing! Basically, the outcome is a net break-even, meaning TAUG has screwed around for over two years "chasing a dream" that never came true!
