besides the fact that that option is not on the RONIN RED card it RISK to give RONIN 100% control of the PPHM BoD which is not desirable.

I understand it differently, that is available. The risk not being desirable doesn't hold true for myself or many other shareholders. In fact, we prefer it over the current BOD.

There is no doubt in my mind that as soon as Ronin takes your BOD to court that there will be an onslaught of spamming "vote white card", emotional outburst, and continued misinformation from the BOD supporters. Most probably with randomly capitalized words. I look forward to providing facts for real shareholders each time that happens.
