6mth RSI on Nov 6 was 86.67
3mth RSI on Nov 6 was 88.99

My understanding of TA is that once above 80 the stock is considered over bought . Doesn't mean it can't get more over bought but chances of an up move are less then when considered Over Sold ...ie RSI below 20 .
