It explains how the shares got 'mixed together', but still leaves unclear why DTC and/or Finra didn't deal with the issue at the time of the dividend payout in August 2015, or why COR threatened to sue DTC, yet the next day decided to sue everyone except DTC. And I wouldn't necessarily say 'curtains for COR', as COR has had less expensive recourse the entire time to recoup most if not all of the $4 million via other avenues. Which again called into question why pursue the case in the first place. And now, why does the judge dismiss the case 26 months hence, giving as explanation pretty much what we all talked about at the outset of the litigation in September 2015.

The case may be over but something still doesn't smell right.
