The facts are, MMEX is not financeable.

MMEX is a super-diliutive pile of toxic debt, disgusted as equity, on the OTC market.

MMEX lacks a clean, investible financial and corporate structure. Any investment bank, even in the insane case said bank would consider funding MMEX, would require the slate be swept clean. This in turn means actions like reverse splits, etc.

MMEX has no qualified experienced, or competent management team - none of them have any successful track record in the refining industry.

MMEX has no valid business plan, and clearly demonstrates it has no expertise in the industry.

All of these are facts, published in MMEX's filings.

No special skills are needed to interpret most of MMEX's own damning evidence.

There is almost zero possibility that a topping unit, or anything material will be built by MMEX - it would first have to overcome the significant hurdle of obtaining $50-million in financing, which is for all intents and purposes never going to happen.

MMEX has no suppliers, MMEX has no customers, MMEX has no coherent logistics or related distribution plan. MMEX admits this in its SEC filings.

MMEX is insolvent, and does not meet any known accounting standard as a going concern - it admits this in its SEC filings.

No insider information is needed to make this assessment, as MMEX provided the information, in published form. While charades like groundbreaking (absent legitimate financing), administrative permits, and empty PR provide distraction, for those with opinions, the facts override that bucket of "stuff" - MMEX is dead out the gate.

That is based on opinion rather than fact. Mmex investors have opinions on whether or not a CDU will be built, but only a qualified person or someone who has inside information can make a definite assessment.

So you are 150% wrong, again!
