Besides the chart breaking major 0001 resistance for the first time in years on the highest volume in years and since we called the TA we glt confirmation they did a SS reduction and took off 5bil from A/S and 2.8bil from the O/S. I would assume the only reason for doing that and not using it in a PR is just to shape up the SS better to sell the ticker.
