Of course I-Hub isn't a broker, but they do offer level II and they put out a thirty day try out on it. Look up in the upper bar and click on "Level 2".

Before or after you set up an account at Etrade don't take no for an answer and I don't think this is posted anywhere in writing but they will give you a thirty day free trial on a pay for trading platform to take it out for a ride and kick the tires.
There are onsite videos there that walk you through all the operations to get you started, I remember watching a bunch a etrade pro vids a long time ago.
