how well managed the cash flow of the company has been.

When you say company you mean BIEL but the reality is that you have to take IBEX into the equation in order to understand the complete picture.
Some funds which have been diverted that way could have been used to do a clinical back trial and promote the product.
It's not too late but I would hate to wake up early February 2018 to realise nothing has been accomplished over the previous year except for :

Furthermore it seems that I am used to a different definition of cash flow
