I am sure you read it. Everywhere else in the announcement they refer to dollars, so I think they mean a billion dollars. There will be more public announcements coming out shortly IMO, and things will be clearer. But certainly this is very, very good news, so I am surprised to see people selling for .65, unless they have not seen this info. But that too is ok, since I am a believer and buyer of EARI.
