Bernard Fried was briefly involved with Greenway Technology (GWYT) in 2012.

Originally the plan was for the Greenway Technology shell to take over the operations of Andalusian Resorts, LLC. I guess that fell through and later in December of 2013 the Andalusian Resorts LLC operations were merged into the Hui Ying Technology & Media Group Holding Co (HUIY) shell creating Andalusian Resorts and Spas, Inc (ASRP).

ASRP was suspended on May 19, 2014 because of questions about the accuracy of the information in the ASRP press releases

Now we know that ASRP was secretly controlled by John Madsen who was convicted of mail fraud in the past

GWYT was a Jehu Hand shell. He owned a bunch of debt there and called all the shots.

In December of 2015 the SEC filed Charges against Jehu Hand for the GWYT scam
