Yes an investor needs more than "news" of "what happened" . What an investor needs is

a real and exact detail of what happened to RMTD?

WHY it did happen this exact way?

WHAT were the alternative and why they were not explored?

Is is simple a coincident that the top management team of RMTD ended up at T? I highly doubt that like many here on this board.

Finally, an investor needs and must be in the frame of mind that there are crooks here in the stock market and have no moral deterrence to stop them from doing anything to make a buck...
