What more did an investor need for evidence than the news of what happened? There are certain risks one takes when investing and safeguards in place to protect them.

A shareholder not paying any attention to their investment is not an excuse for the statute of limitations to be extended.

But by all means, get a lawyer's opinion on this.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
