It doesnt follow that you "know" the lack in finances is due to infringement and damages...

I don't think infringment is causing the lack of finances. I think SFOR only being a patent troll is. Their main income is thru patent litigation. with their other income (retail) actually getting worse, bankrupt retailler, etc....

IT IS A PATENT PLAY, but the problem with that is SFOR is spending the litigation money by "loaning themselves money".


When did I say sfor would lose litigation? I didn't I said SFOR would spend it before they got it, or as soon as they get it, leaving SFOR the company and it's investors out in the cold while they get another nice payday AGAIN.
