I imagine the longer it takes the better the odds become for a positive outcome. I think a revocation would be quicker since they've failed to correct things over the years and that's pretty clear cut, but if it takes longer then Id be inclined to think that the judge is considering all things more thoroughly to find a way to keep the company going.
