No, they aren't.
That rather clumsily written piece is attempting to communicate that you can now buy SuSE with an SGI server, just as you can buy SuSE with an Opteron server (and I know for sure about the Opteron bundling, because I've bought them that way).
SuSE isn't in the business of stocking and selling hard disks, power supplies, and CPUs. They do offer software that is loaded onto systems by OEMs.
But kudo's to the Intel spinmeister who successfully tricked Ms. Bowman into writing the article that way.
