The Alaskan Superior court has ruled in favor of the Pebble partnership before and they will do it again. Precedents already exist about resource development restrictions as being unconstitutional to Alaskan laws. Just a little history lesson. Sounds identical to what permitting would be up against. History doesn't always repeat itself but it rhymes as they say.
