I'm not sure if any of you are familiar with the 'dagga couple' but they are on the front lines of marijuana legalization in South Africa and according to them , in correspondence we had today, "the medical innovation bill is dead in the water, but looks like it will be superceeded by something else".... that's all the proof I need, txtm is a scam
