Agreed, but they could be one of those "dead-enders" in Irag that Rumsfeld used to talk about. They are facing these options:

A. Settle for millions
B. Fight and maybe win.
C. Fight and lose BIG.

They might try it, butI feel they will settle, especially since 98% of cases like this settle.
