If DUO folds in the next month. That’s the big one. Reason being it’s one of the older cases, has already spent a tremendous amount of money in its defense, and was relying on IPR ruling. If they choose to settle it will be very telling, and could potentiate future litigants who wish to avoid similar experiences into capitulation earlier on. Very interesting, but rides on DUO folding. If Trustwave or Centrify follow I would venture a guess you could see the pps rise substantially.
