"I expect a bidding war for the patents." Strongly agree! My favorite contender is Asia's largest telecom provider, Singapore Telecom. They provide MFA/OOBA to their mobile banking customers, have a US subsidiary (who SFOR is suing) and with deep pockets ($97 billion in assets) could be a possible contender. If SingTel buys out SFOR which may soon have an international patent on MFA/OOBA, they would have the entire world market for secure mobile banking.
