Congress as a legislative branch of Gov, is the most powerful of 3 branches.
Lol, our founding fathers might disagree with you. None of the branches are "most powerful". That's the entire point of separation of powers and federalism.
Congress can make laws even when POTUS does not agree.
And judges can overrule those laws.
Congress can remove Judges and POTUS for any cause (or no cause).
True, this is one of Congress's powers...though it must be by a 2/3rds vote.
Only thing Congress can not do is, change Constitution alone.
That's not true...there are a lot of things they can't do. They can't tell the Treasury or other Executive agencies what to do, for example. Any any law they pass that tries to influence these agencies can easily be overturned by an EO. They also can not bring criminal charges against anyone. They also cannot control the army. Even if they declare war, only the POTUS can give orders to the army.
There are a lot of things they can't do. Obviously their powers aren't the same as the other two branches, but that doesn't make them more or less powerful.
But we have seen with HERA, an attempt to alter constitution with conniving Judges.
HERA has not altered the Constitution in any way.
Tell me one reason why such a Congress has not done anything to dismantle something it hates so much. Why would legislative branch of Gov hate private shareholder companies created by its own act?
I wouldn't claim to be able to read their minds...however, it is quite clear from that Watt testimony that the Congressmen present HATED shareholders...and wanted them gone.
It does make any sense with your patronizing comments.
I'm not sure you know the meaning of the word "patronizing". Nothing I said was patronizing.
