Didn't Mark say in the update that they had raised $400k from private investors. If so, they may have sold the 10 million shares at $.04 each.

But unless the ("transparent") company provides an explanation, we'll have to wait until the next filing to find out what really happened.

Could be just more toxic note conversions.
