Explanation on Oustanding Share increase. On Sept 1st the company put out three form 4's. One issuing Brett 3,000,000 shares and one issuing Berk 2,000,000 shares. That's the 5 million oustanding share increase. The other form 4 that day was options for Mark. Here is the form 4 info
