Incorrect and a frequently-used false assumption used by you. I am fully aware of this but but maintain my point that the company would have to report such findings especially when (on numerous financings) where they state in 8k's that they know no reason why investors should not invest especially as you suggest "it just means it's likely to fail if allowed to continue"
