I would say with certainty that a censure by the PCAOB and Cowan choosing to hide the investigation by the PCAOB a slam dunk will be a slam dunk for TAUG at Trial

And the TAUG dilution will come back and bite the insurance company and Don Cowan....

Not sure why anyone would defend these scumbags that have screwed TAUG shareholders. That dopey rebuttal filed with the court will only help Taug make its case to the jury.

Just my opinion but I think the jury will not like Cowan, Meyler, Herzog or the insurance company. I wouldn't be surprised if Herzog sits on the bench at trial, and the new guys try the case.
