I'm sure everyone knows by now they can't just accept Missling's words and need to evaluate data independently. No worries, I'm here to help. As a start make sure I've extracted the data correctly:

If that is correct then this is the linear regression:

If anyone sees errors let me know. If anyone has suggestions for how to add back the 6 patients they purposefully omitted let me know...I'm thinking average concentration and slope of -0.02 for each.
