Personally, I don't think anyone should formulate an opinion till December. That scope and range gives room for court settlements to start and for an idea of what the civilian population thinks (Christmas time).

I believe it's also realistic for the new product Push to be announced as released. I also believe it will be the time Mark Kay will start viewing for someone to purchase the company. In short, the 10K is the goal here overall, my 2 cents.
