Well views differ - majority of market did not see the positive results as you are explaining and they decided to believe their own judgment and AF and dumped the stock.

12 months later also they do not think the results are any different so the stock is in the lower end of range and just above the r/s

Unless Dr M comes with some new data and convincing - it will stay here
