No Estate said it. It's false to say tied up in litigation. Some ex lawyer that had his license taken away is suing? "But we had a deal!!!!" That's the cheesiest angle used by all ex lawyers that have been disbarred or soon to be.
A real lawyer is handling this for the company and will make minced meat of this disbarred clown. The company is not tied up.

I understand that some are frustrated with the share price and want to drag it down because they are mad but they will be shown to be wrong and out of luck.

Don't listen to people who are always negative. They're hiding something for sure!
Stand on the sidelines, and you'll be saying "I missed the Microsoft of Marijuana".
