There were other BS outfits peddling water-makers, like the WaterSeer, but they were seeking donations on Indiegogo, they were not penny stocks.

I'll reserve my opinion on Rainmaker until I see their financials,
but reverse-merging with a dirty shell like CJTF is certainly a red flag.
