The reason Leo decided to change the CUSIP # was because some shareholders suggested the idea to him if he wanted to expose the naked shorts. You don't think he went through all the troubles with lawyers, SEC filings, and a new website just to change the name right? Why not contact Leo yourself if you really want to know?
