In July it was revealed in a private message from Coates that the first funding would be released for the Alpha NJ project when the plans are approved by the Land Use Planning Board of the local government. At the September 20th Planning Board meeting, the Borough of Alpha approved the plans for H2 Development Corporation, Inc to build a H2 Infused mineral water bottling facility in Alpha NJ. Once the minutes of that meeting are approved at the following month meeting to be held on October 18th (held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month) the resolution will become final. At that time the minutes of the September meeting can be made available to the public.

Therefore, I do not expect any news of substance for another two weeks until after the next Planning Board meeting. An announcement from H2 will likely be made immediately following that meeting. This should lead to a "ground breaking" event... pun intended.

As for the Coates patents, once they have been applied for, I am told that Coates is protected. By the time the water bottling plant has been constructed to the point where Coates engines are needed, the patents will probably have been granted. I agree with mogman; probably 1st Q 2018. In the mean time... stay long. All in my opinion.
