I'd have had 50 or 60 C-135's from all over the country come to a "safe" airport. I'd have loaded them all with thousands and thousands of tightly packed parachutes; loaded with baby food, baby diapers, regular food, bottled water, critical medical supplies and then I'd have bombed Puerto Rico, Vieques, Calabra and the Virgin Islands like the bombs we dropped on Nazi Germany. And then I'd bring 'em all back and do it again and again and again.
