When did that happen? I mean, what about all those millions of dollars the FCC fines people and companies, gone eh? And then that means Straight Path won't have to fork over any money, because that would require one to think the FCC might have been trying to police them. Outstanding knowledge on your part, who would have known?

Fibertower and AT&T can just start using those spectrum licenses, because they are only pieces of paper over which the FCC has no say or control. Why were we even worried?

But otherwise, I don't have any answer for Condoe3 on how the FCC handles the legal aspects of Fibertower shareholders. It must be something like the 'Wizard of Oz' and we are the little dog that pulls the curtain back just far enough to see the operation.
